Case presentation Metastatic glucagonoma in a patient with MEN 1 20.11.1399

Patients history

5. A 43-year-old married woman
5. Born in Rasht & live in Eslamshahr
5. Source of history : patient , reliable
5. Chief complaint: pruritic skin lesions
5. pruritic skin lesions from 6  months ago
5. First lesions were located under the breasts
5. Patient was treated with topical steroid with the diagnosis of  dermatitis

5. Erythematous pruritic papules and plaques with blister & crust first

under the breasts and then involving dorsal surface of foots.

5. Then spreading through the lower extremities, trunk, upper  extremities & finally the face.
5. Lesions had wax & wave pattern each 7-10 days
5. It was exaggerated with trauma.
5. She was evaluated 2 months ago in Razi hospital
